For a very normal price you get the experience perfect service that was a standard in the old days . Everything starting from welcome drink , to additional spa facilities to excellent breakfast and old style well maintained rooms - all is just excellent"

"I didn't like that coffee in the room was a paid service. Usually, all hotels provide coffee and tea for free. The only free things here were tea bags :("

"I arrived in Lisboa very early and the reception staff was very kind to accommodate me at 10 a.m. rather than wait till 15.00. Luckily it is off season otherwise in the summer it wouldn't be possible. Hotel looks absolutely gorgeous from the first step. Breakfast is very rich variety, room is very spacious, location is near 2 merto ( underground) stations. You can't fault anything!"
