"Otel çok rahat ve temizdi. Personel çok ilgiliydi ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çok güzel ve çeşitli idi. Otel manzarası harika idi ve birçok yere konum olarak çok yakındı. Personel her türlü işlemde ilgiliydi. Odaya bırakılan kahve çok güzeldi."

"Modern, quiet & comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff, beautiful views from the rooms and from the rooftop where the restaurant and breakfast service are located. Big shout out to Duarte at the reception who, afterwards left the hote,l helped find out and collect our forgotten glasses and take care of its shipment to our home!!!"

"The hotel is excellent—clean, with nicely furnished rooms, high-quality linens and towels, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast is quite varied. We also appreciated being able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. The daily buffet served there is good and very reasonably priced."

"A comfortable, tastefully decorated 4-star hotel at a great price. We parked our car without any problems in the free parking lot along the street. It's a good base for exploring Guarda and the surrounding area. Beautiful views from the balcony. Comfortable beds, perfectly clean room. When I need to stay in Guarda again, I will choose the same hotel."
"Despite room for a wider selection of hot meals, only bacon and scrambled eggs were available. (This was our 12th Portuguese hotel stay in three weeks, so we were definitely hungry for variety :).)"

The food at the restaurant is great, as well as the breakfast. Also, it is really close to the city center. I really recommend Versatile for a lovely stay in Guarda! If I come back to the city, would love to stay there again."
