I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Tek başıma konakladım ve güvenlikle ilgili hiçbir kaygı yaşamadım. Kahvaltının alakart olmasını sevdim. Açık büfe karmaşası yaşamadan oldukça yeterli bir kahvaltı sundular. Akşam ve öğle yemeği için seçenekler yeterli, porsiyonlar oldukça büyük. Bu kez 1 gece kalabildim ama aklım Ramlah Resortta kalarak ayrılıyorum. En kısa zamanda ailemle ziyaret etmeyi planlıyorum."

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

"Konumu çok iyi. Ev sahibi ile iletişim hızlı ve iyi. Kayak ekipmanlarını saklamak için size ait dolap yeri var. Spar markete, restoranlara ve gondola çok yakın. Temiz ve mutfak ekipmanları basit yemek için yeterli. Isıtma için ek olarak elektrikli kalorifer konmuştu ve bunu çalıştırdık çünkü pencere tarafı soğuk oluyordu."

Tesiste ödeme seçeneğini seçtiğimizde nakit ödemek zorunda kalmamızdan hoşlanmadık.

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.
