I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

"L'hôtel en cette saison au bord du Lac Inle est magique. Les chambres sont belles et la vue sur le sac est splendide. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Le patron de l'hôtel à l'écoute et très réactif. A recommander"

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

The restaurant was dry cold and the dinner service should had been a lot better

"The stay at Scrub Island was amazing. The hotel is super comfortable, the bed was great, and the rooms are big and clean. The employees were super helpful.l, especially the manager, Raj, willing to walk the extra mile to help us."

"The resort is beautiful! Location is stunning - in it's own area so it's super peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. There's an ATM, restaurant, and general store a short 6-8min walk away. The gardens on the grounds are very well kept and really beautiful. The room was lovely, spacious, and as per the photos online. The amenities are great and wifi is good. The staff were amazing! Such beautiful, lovely, kind people and very accommodating. The food at the resort was fantastic! Very serene and peaceful place with beautiful staff and comfortable common areas (pool, bar, restaurant etc.). We didn't have time to explore the area but I know there's beautiful sights/to-do's nearby so next time we will be coming back! 100% recommend!"

The water pressure of the shower is very low, and you have to pay if you want to use a pool towel. Location is great but if you can't/prefer not to walk to the little shops just remember to bring some cash.

Konumu Valetta’ya uzaktı. Bu durumu bildiğim için sorun olmadı.

"Kahvaltisi güzeldi. Spor salonu olması gayet güzeldi. Ayrica odalarin balkonlu olması ayrı bir güzellikti. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardim severdi."

Sadece şehir merkezinden uzak. Ama QTU alisveris merkezine ve NOVA ya yakın olduğu icin o bölgede gezebilirsiniz ama akşam sokak da aydinlatma olmadığı icin hava karardiginda tedirgin ediyor.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.
