Aquapark imkanları otel kapasitesini kaldırmıyor kuyruklar çok fazla. Botlu olan kayakta inişte bot devriliyor ve yaralanmalara neden oluyor.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

"Facilities and Location were good. Concierge team always helping with luggage and always opening the door for me. Housekeeping very friendly, always smiling and saying Hi. Late check- out was nice."

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

Günde 2 defa odamız temizleniyordu koridorlar mis gibi parfüm kokuyordu sıcak bir ülkede sinek böcek olur diyordum asla karşılaşmadım ciddi bir temizlik ve düzen vardı . Havuzu şezlongları havluları temizdi. Çalışanlar özverili ve güler yüzlüydü sürekli ilgi alaka gösterdiler özellikle Tolga beye teşekkür ediyorum . Otel çocuklu aileye de çok uygun . Her alanı fotoğraflamak isteyeceğiniz güzel anılar biriktireceğiniz bir otel ."

Sadece şehir merkezinden uzak. Ama QTU alisveris merkezine ve NOVA ya yakın olduğu icin o bölgede gezebilirsiniz ama akşam sokak da aydinlatma olmadığı icin hava karardiginda tedirgin ediyor.
