"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

"Konumu çok iyi. Ev sahibi ile iletişim hızlı ve iyi. Kayak ekipmanlarını saklamak için size ait dolap yeri var. Spar markete, restoranlara ve gondola çok yakın. Temiz ve mutfak ekipmanları basit yemek için yeterli. Isıtma için ek olarak elektrikli kalorifer konmuştu ve bunu çalıştırdık çünkü pencere tarafı soğuk oluyordu."

Tesiste ödeme seçeneğini seçtiğimizde nakit ödemek zorunda kalmamızdan hoşlanmadık.

"The location of the apartments is remarkably close to the beach. There is a sandy beach which was quite crowded. There are rocky beaches where you are practically alone on the beach, but we recommend good water shoes as the rocks are quite rough. We liked the big balcony and plenty of space in the apartment."

The apartments could do with a little renovation as they are already very outdated for this price. In our kitchen the counter had some water damaged and in the bathroom, there was water dripping.

"We got an upgrade to a big cottage for free that better suited our family needs. Stuff is friendly and nice."

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Villa çok büyüktü Buggy servisi her istediğimizde hemen geliyordu March adındaki çalışan bize çok çok yardımcı oldu Tüm çalışanlar aşırı güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi Phuket merkezi veya Patong'u hiç sevmedim ama PhiPhi Islands ve James Bond Island turları çok güzeldi kesinlikle buralara gidilmeli.Tur için bize March yardımcı oldu ve Sawanu Travel adındaki turla beraber gittik çok konforlu ve güzel bir tur oldu.March'a çok teşekkür ederim yardımları için"

Havuzun içi pisti Dolap kısmı çok küçük Mahremiyet konusunda çok sıkıntılı Restaurant çok güzel yemekler yapıyordu ama menüdeki seçenekler çok az Patong merkez iğrenç bir yer kesinlikle aile ile gidilmemeli

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"Tesis çok özenli dekore edilmiş, oda tasarımları deniz manzarası olması harika. Plaj ve denizi çok güzel. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Tek başıma konakladım ve güvenlikle ilgili hiçbir kaygı yaşamadım. Kahvaltının alakart olmasını sevdim. Açık büfe karmaşası yaşamadan oldukça yeterli bir kahvaltı sundular. Akşam ve öğle yemeği için seçenekler yeterli, porsiyonlar oldukça büyük. Bu kez 1 gece kalabildim ama aklım Ramlah Resortta kalarak ayrılıyorum. En kısa zamanda ailemle ziyaret etmeyi planlıyorum."

"pool was great, room was nice but if I had a choice I would rather stay on ground floor given my age and carting of luggage my husband has a disability and the walk was to long other than that if was very nice the breakfast was great!"

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."
