Madareem Hotel

"The staff was very helpful and an excellent service by the reception."

"Beautiful Hotel and lovely staff who were very helpful and attentive and could not do enough to help"

"No hot water in my Room and the Taxi's I prebooked had to be chased up, water it was luke warm, however the hotel did not charge me for my meals as a good will gesture"

"Breakfast was good with lots of good quality options. Hotel dinner buffe had a wide selection and did not disappoint My room was not ready when I arrived early in the morning as agreed upon so I got an upgrade to a suite which was a very appreciated gesture! Will definitely stay again if in Riyadh"

"I honestly can't think of anything significant. The traffic got a little loud at times but that's nothing that bothered me."

"Well featured, comfortable hotel with professional staff. Wifi and food were good, whilst the outside areas and leisure facilities were a nice bonus in the evening. Small room features were nice; Nespresso, Smart TV and plenty of sockets in key areas"

"Work started early and the showers were only luke warm at 5am; although they were great later in the day."

"Rooms, big gymn and staff Yusuf Ibrahim delivered superior customer care"

"Aucun."

"Many thanks to Youssef for the warm welcome and professional service."

"The room was particularly enjoyable, with excellent lighting and a very functional shower. The bed size was fully adequate, and the half‑board option offered exceptional buffet quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The wide selection of salads, hot dishes, and desserts provided real comfort after a long workday or before starting a series of meetings."

"I would personally prefer a slightly softer bed, ideally with a small mattress topper to enhance comfort and provide a more pleasant welcome when settling in. Another improvement point concerns the desk chair, which is too low and requires stacking several cushions to reach a proper working height. Addressing these two elements would significantly improve the overall guest experience, especially for business travelers"
