"We had a plain and average experience. For the price we paid, we expected better. The stay was okay, but not excellent. Also, there are many Towlan properties nearby, and we ended up at two different ones before finding the correct location. The staff at the other branches weren’t very helpful and simply told us it wasn’t the one we booked."

"The guy name is subhi the Egyptian gye at reception in night shift he was very rude to us even when asked him about the microwave because they mentioned in the pictures but not available at the apartment he told me that I have to check out if I don't like i traveled more then 10 hours from jeddah to Riyadh and I feel very tired that time but this gye behaviour is not acceptable"

"Small issues. Aircon in room remote was not working at one point. TV remote too. No plugs near desk area for laptop so worked on bed. Looks like some wall painting, building work needed finishing as its clear the building is refurbished into a hotel/ serviced apartment. But fine mainly."
