"This property is not an apartment but stand alone spacious house, set on a private property beside a small river and waterfall. It has an automated gate for extra security. It far exceeded our expectations, and the photos online don’t capture its true beauty.
The air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely comfortable, with soft white bed linens, plush white towels, and all the amenities you could need. Each bedroom has its own bath/shower room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Lots of storage spaces.
The kitchen is outstanding—fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, plus generous starter packs of coffee, tea, and more.
Hazel, the owner, is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and truly friendly. We came as guests and left as friends 😍
Due to its location up the hill and distance away from the main road, it’s advisable to have a rental car.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Seychelles."

If we could we would give 6 stars or 11 points ! All is perfect, the quiet location near Anse Sévère and stunning Anse Patates! Lindy and Bruno the owner are so nice, helpful and professional, all rare skills nowadays! Here you feel really being at home and arrived in an other world. The appartement is nice furnished and comfortable with all what
you need. Breakfast and optional home cooked dinner are delicious and tasty.

"Royal Green Villa is a truly beautiful accommodation, offering elegance, style, plenty of space, and breathtaking ocean views. The villa is located on a fairly steep hill, but despite this, a stunning beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are all relatively close.
Even though we stayed for only one night, we enjoyed our stay immensely and lacked absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
The absolute highlight of our visit were the owners, Iena and Francis . They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful – without a doubt some of the best hosts we have ever met. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, always offering help and finding solutions to every request. We can truly and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation."
