"Odamıza ilk yerleştiğimizde klima olmadığını farkettik. Oda çok küçüktü ve klima yoktu. Daha sonra oldukça geniş ve klimalı bir odaya geçirildik. Ancak o odada da klimayı çalıştıramadık. Neyseki 3 büyük penceresi vardı idare ettik."

"Öncelikle çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Biz daha sormadan bize uygun olan odayı verdiler, şehir hakkında bilgilendirme yaptılar. İlgileri beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi hem açık büfe çok lezzetliydi hem de talep üzerine yenilebilen sıcak kahvaltılıklar çok güzeldi. Odamızda sıcak bir ev havası hakimdi. Temizlik iyiydi Katımızdaki kahve makinesinden istediğimiz saatte tadı gayet iyi olan kahve alabiliyorduk . Gezilecek yerlere çok yakındı,metro ile en fazla 2 -3 durak gittik ama yürüyerek de otelden çıkıp şehri gezmek mümkündü. Birçok 5 yıldızlı otelde kaldım ama bu otelden aldığımız keyfi alamadık. 10 'un üzerinde bir puan olsa vermek isterdim."

"Fantastic stay, staff are always really friendly, welcoming and considerate, the hotel itself is lovely and in a great area of Stockholm. It's now our go-to whenever we go back to Sweden. Breakfast is included and till late on the weekends and well worth having. Rooms have a lovely vibe to them and features like the curated selection of CDS and DVDs, the heated floor and speaker in the bathroom and integrated iron in the cupboard are a few small examples of the level detail and consideration that's reflected across the hotel. We have also eaten in the ground floor restaurant and the lobby bar all of which were great."

"Hotel located in a charming area, with a theater and a bar at the entrance that give it a very special atmosphere. The staff is young, friendly, and always helpful. One night I spilled tea on the bed, and the cleaning lady, Claudia, kindly came to change the sheets; she was very polite and attentive. I recommend it to everyone: it is a hotel full of charm, where you can truly feel the Swedish cinematic culture. The breakfast is varied and of excellent quality."

"A warm reception greeted us on arrival and staff went out of their way to recommend and book good local restaurants - all of which were excellent and within walking distance. The hotel was very well located being a fifteen minute walk from the interesting Gamla Stan. We all enjoyed relaxing in the stylish comfortable bar areas and there were excellent well presented breakfast buffet choices"
