"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff work hard to give it a family atmosphere, and are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the place is spotlessly clean. It's not as glitzy as the very big hotels, but it's a lot more congenial (and obviously not as expensive). It also has a more relaxed, local atmosphere. The breakfast is wonderful. Definitely my go-to hotel in Freetown."

From the front desk team to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping folks we had a really good rapport and a very pleasant stay. Wifi was actually available throughout the hotel which is not the case for some. Really good value for money!"

"I've stayed several times at the Barmoi and I'm consistently pleased with the service. This time I traveled with my family and my children loved the pool and restaurant. Great value place just a short walk from Lumley Beach."
