"I recently had the pleasure of staying at M & B Residence in Freetown, and I can't recommend it enough! The accommodation was top-notch with air conditioning, a lovely patio, and free WiFi. The stunning mountain views from the balcony were truly breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway for relaxation. The fully-equipped 4-bedroom holiday home was spacious and comfortable, with garden views adding to the tranquility of the location. "The rooms were very clean and tidy! The living space was very comfortable and the kitchen was well packed! We did not struggle to find anything. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Whenever we needed assistance they went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable."

"For me, it was the perfect place. I had my own little flat/bungalow for several days. I asked the staff to get me a few things from the local market and there is a nice supermarket very close by so I could easily get what I needed to cook or for drinks and snacks. There is AC, Wifi, and cable TV. Even though it is not right in the center of town or some of the more popular places, it is just off a main road so very easy to get public transport. It takes just 10 minutes to get to the main hub in town. The value is excellent. So much cheaper than a hotel and with more amenities to be more self-sufficient. The host Sacha is very polite, accommodating, and laid back. His staff is very helpful."

"The place is not a 5-star guest house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were better than some of the hotels I have stayed in across Africa. My bed was even a TV bed — I connected my MP3 player and listened to music through the bed speakers… great experience! The location is excellent, with the airport just a stone’s throw away. The staff even went out to buy takeaway food for me when I requested it, which I really appreciated. I do wish they had WiFi, but I understand they may be keeping their costs down. However, I was given a pre-loaded SIM card to make calls to my family, which was a thoughtful gesture."
