Seaview Beach Hotel

"A pleasant hotel, which is clean and safe. It has a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea. It is located right next to the famous Boardwalk, home to many of Philipsburg’s restaurants, and directly by the beautiful beachfront. As hotel guests, we do not have to pay for sun loungers or umbrellas. The bar is good, and there is a small but enjoyable pool from which you can watch the sea and the passing crowds. Right next door you’ll find the city’s best coffee shop and a great little grocery store, with dozens of shops and restaurants just steps away. Housekeeping is provided daily; the staff are thorough and keep everything spotless."

"I can’t really point to any major downsides, perhaps only that the building could be a bit more modern, both inside and out. Everything works perfectly: there’s hot water, the toilet is fine, the air conditioning is excellent, and the fridge works well too."

"Beautiful setting with infinity pool just behind the beach, with hotel beach chairs. Beach/pool bar. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool. Room was good and spacious, bathroom fine . Staff extremely helpful to help us rearrange plans when the boat to Saba the previous evening had to come back."
