"Phuket havaalanından telefon ile aradım, resepsiyonda görevli nazik bir hanım hemen gelip beni havaalanından ücretsiz aldı. Oda büyük ve çok temiz. 2 adet suyunuz var, balkonu havaalanına bakıyor, uçakları kalkış ve inişleri ile izleyebiliyorsunuz."

"Lovely staff, so close to the airport. We were very lucky to receive an upgrade to a much bigger room. We booked a standard double with an extra bed for our teenager as that was all that was available when we booked. But they kindly gave us a room with separate bedroom and bunk beds in the lounge area. Had a view of the airport from one of our 2 balconies. The little restaurant to the left as you walk out was very good and cheap too! There is a 7-eleven at the end of the road too."

"Very clean, good location close to the airport and the ladies on reception can not do enough to help! One of them even recognised us walking back to the hotel, and stopped to offer us a lift in her car!"

"Exactly what you need for a stop over. We landed at midnight, hotel picked us up and room was exactly what you need for a stop over to fly out. They then drove us back to the airport. Exactly what you need for a stop over. Room was clean, spacious and check out was 12pm."

Beautifully furnished, very comfortable with all the facilities one would expect from a 5* hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a massive selection of breakfast options. Everything was delivered with efficiency and exceptional service served with courteousness and friendliness. We ate at both the restaurants, Cosmo and Rocksalt several times. Exceptional cuisine and service. Truly delicious food. Although Nai Harn beach is now pretty busy due to extra accommodation in the area and other visitors, the Nai Harn has a very private location and the business of the area does not infringe on this privacy.."

"Eve has been very helpful. The accommodation has no elevator and I'd a luggage which she insisted on helping me to bring it up to the FIFTH floor. She attended all my queries with a smile and a very positive attitude which I really appreciate!! As BangSaen is predominantly a Thai holiday destination, 99/ of the menu and signs are in Thai and the vendors hardly speak English. I explained to Eve that I have a hard time trying to get a transport back to BKK, out of good will, she gave me a lift and even helped me to communicate with the ticket seller to get me a ticket/seat. The room is kept very clean on a daily basis and the bed is very comfortable."

"This is an absolute gem hidden in a quiet corner of Koh Phangan! The bungalow was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There was a wardrobe, clothes line outside, hammock, and a table and chairs. The owner, Ed, was very nice and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was ok. It's a 2 minute walk from the beach, lots of good Thai restaurants around, and a very good garden cafe next door. Definitely recommend."
