"The area outside the hotel is dark at night and feels a little unsafe, especially around the square — better near Habib Bourguiba."

"The hotel is centrally located, it gives a very good access to the centre, rooms are clean. The main asset of the hotel is the staff, in particular Miss Maryam who was extremely helpful and kind and did her best to make me feel comfortable during the stay"

"From the moment I walked in Maryam on reception made me feel so welcome, as did the cleaning staff and those at breakfast. For the latter there was plenty and variety to suit all needs, and good times (7-10am). My bed was so comfortable (if, like me, you prefer a firm mattress) I let out a little noise when first sitting on it. The hotel is also in walking distance of most tourist sites. Great wifi also allowed me to get some work done."

"The cleaning call in the morning was a bit early once or twice, but I'm sure they'd have come back. I was ready for breakfast anyway. The area around wasn't great for walking around after dark, but much of Tunis felt like that for a non-French/Arabic speaking that could not really strike up a conversation travelling solo."

The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived especially the receptionist MERIAM , she always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable. The location was safe and it is close to the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was correct and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Tunis for the first time — it’s a great value for the price and truly feels like a home away from home! Ilham and fatima from Morocco 🇲🇦"
