"Not a dislike but a car is essential if you wish to explore the area and it’s amazing scenery and places to visit. Breakfast was great, service fantastic but breakfast could have been more varied. Be aware many free range animals such as cats and chickens will be around which didn’t bother us but we know some may find uncomfortable"

"Loved the location - 'sea view' apptmt, great environment. Wished we booked longer. Big spacious accommodation with outdoor kitchen. Had a beautiful garden patio 10m from beach, 100m or so from sea - surrounded by mountains and greenery but not very busy. Right next to breakfast area so they served it on our patio. Breakfast was great. Beach is sand with big rocks but sea is all big rounded rocks so very clear for snorkeling- lots of fish. Very close to restaurants and shops. Shaded parking. Very relaxed small town. Would reccomend. Kids loved it. Had books, good shower, small touches. Staff were very good."

"I can´t recommend the Arcadia Hotel. It´s a rundown property with maybe two bungalows in front that are looking better maintained. It doesn´t deserve either the 4-stars or the money that it charges. It´s an overpriced place with poor or no management, bad and unreliable, random service, and unprofessional and unkind staff. I stayed there for 10 nights and not just that I didn´t get the bungalow that I booked but the smallest one, but it took them 3-5 days of my stay to fix the safe, fridge, light in the bathroom… to name couple of the issues that bungalow had from the day 1. The unreliable or not working at all internet was another thing. Cleaning of the bungalow was according to their random plans not my needs. The problem weren´t just the issues themself but the attitude of the staff. The receptionist insulted me repeatedly and the cook, who seemed nice, invited himself to a dinner with me and I needed to deal with that too. It´s not how one wants to spend holidays or any day for that matter. I knew Cirale, it wasn´t my first time there and I came for the beautiful nature, the sea, swimming… and I got that, but the hotel experience was an awful one. I stayed because it was a non-refundable option and because I liked the garden and the location close to the sea but every contact with the hotel staff was a pain. I always valued Turkey for the beautiful nature, great food, and hospitality. It doesn´t seem to be any left of the latter. If you are not a Turkish or Turkish speaking couple or family I wouldn´t go to this hotel even if it was for free."

"Struggled a little to check-in, arrived late in the evening (having notified via the app and had that 'accepted') and couldn't find any staff or reach them via phone until other guests came across us and were able to contact someone on our behalf."

"Нам не понравилась следующая ситуация: мы были с подругой, номер при двухместном проживании с завтраком и номер если ставить одноместное проживание стоил одинаково. Я ошиблась и при бронировании в форме поставила 1 человека. С нас при заезде попросили еще доплатить за человека, мы удивились, почему, но доплатили. Когда мы пришли на завтрак нам сказали что завтрак предусмотрен только для одного человека, мы обиделись и ушли завтракать в соседний отель, который нам кстати очень понравился. Больше в этот отель не приедем."

"The Arcadia hotel is a piece of heaven on earth. Cirali is an amazing community where time stops and you are able to relax and refresh. All of the staff of this property are amazing. They are warm and hospitable. Go out of their way to ensure that your stay is wonderful and they actively look to help you with anything. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic. Fresh cooked breads and pastries as well as omelettes served to you while you look out at the ocean. We ate both of the dinners we had at their sister properties KaraKedi and Ettena ( spelling might be wrong). We were sad to have to leave but would recommend to anyone to come to Arcadia and Cirali you wont be disappointed!! Thanks for a great stay."
