"Otelin fiyatına kesinlikle değdiğini düşünüyorum. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlüydü, oda her zaman tertemizdi ve otelin konumu İstanbul’u keşfetmek için harika bir yerdi. Ayrıca, ekip her zaman çok yardımsever ve destekleyiciydi. Otelde bir hafta geçirdim ve hiçbir şekilde pişman olmadım. Eğer tekrar İstanbul’a gelirsem, kesinlikle burada konaklayacağım. Bu arada, Yusuf Abi’ye ayrıca özel bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kendisi inanılmaz derecede nazik, samimi ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Bize kendimizi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdi. "We came to Istanbul to celebrate New Year's 2026. We booked a transfer through the hotel. A hotel employee met us at the car and helped us carry our luggage. The hotel is ideally located. The Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern are all within walking distance. There's a restaurant on the ground floor. We tried almost every dish, and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and always helpful."

"Location, location, location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is minutes away from Aya Sophia, The Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cisterns, Topkapi Palace and the Trams! The roof terrace/restaurant was excellent with fabulous views of much of the Sultanate. As two ladies of a certain age we very appreciate the care and attention they gave to us. Many thanks Ali for sorting our taxi pick and many thanks to Joseph for helping us with the luggage."

"Location, Location and Location. 30 metres up a traffic free side street (no noise) with lots of quiet little restaurant's. Not only has it got most of the major tourist sites off the square just 30 metres away, but it also has a tram stop too, from which a lot of other sites are directly accessible, including the ferry port, ferries being a brilliant way of getting around. Public transport is incredibly cheap and easy to use with Google maps. Also the front door is manned 24/7 by lovely helpful people who spoke perfect English and who, I guess, could resolve most things and who I didn't hesitate to leave my bags with on the last day.. Little things like this is what I look for. View from the roof. As to the rooms and breakfast, both what I would expect from what I term a tourist hotel. I was very pleased with everything. A nice quiet place to sleep and breakfast in the heart of where I wanted to be."

"TV didn't work, but that may be a previous occupant messing with the channels. I wasn't bothered so I didn't mention it, or else I suspect it would have been fixed."
