"Odanın deniz manzaralı olduğu söylendi ama denizden çok inşaat manzarası vardı. Ve sırf bu deniz manzarası için diğer odaların iki katı ücret ödedik bu yüzden yanıltıldığımı hissettim. Giriş yaptığımızda havlular kirliydi, yenisini istediğimizde havlu yok denildi…"

"The staff at the Espina Hotel are the best I have ever encountered in all my years of travelling. The reception staff are exceptional and deliver personal attention at all times, nothing is too much trouble. How often does a member of staff call someone by their first name? I have never encountered this before and to me that goes above and beyond delivering a good service - this is exceptional service. The rooms are really well maintained, the bed linen and towels are changed daily and housekeeping provide a great service. This is the first time in a hotel that water has been left in the fridge daily - this is really appreciated and again is another example of exceptional service. Breakfast is substantial and presented well, the staff are so helpful. I really have enjoyed my stay here, especially having a room with a sea view, and I will recommend the Espina Hotel to my family and friends."
