"Sadik was swift in his support to help me fix a problem I was having with my credit card company. Mehmet ensured that the rest of my stay was comfortable by upgrading my room and routinely checking in to confirm that my needs were being met."
"The cigarette smoke in common areas. At the end of my stay, I was surprised by a 1500TL charge from the restaurant that I had never been to. Mehmet resolved the error and was apologetic."

"歴史あるこのホテルに宿泊できたことはとても満足です。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。困った時、それ以外でもいつも気にかけてくれました。夜遅くに到着しましたが男性スタッフが通りまで出迎えてくれ荷物を運んでくれました。滞在中は女性スタッフがいつもアドバイスをしてくれたのがとても嬉しかったです。それだけでも十分満足でしたがこのホテルの良い点はそれだけてはありません。食事が美味しい。オーダーするとその場で調理してくれました。温かい出来立てのトルコ料理はとてもよい思い出です。周辺は静かで少し歩くとレストランやお土産屋が沢山あります。ギョレメでは味わうことはできません！ またここに帰ってきたいです。"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
