Large rooms with a nice view on the forest, large bathroom with bathtub and nice showers, reversible air conditioning was good to heat the room as we had cold weather there, very nice staff making the effort to serve a different breakfast plate every day, 5-minute walk to the old streets where shops and restaurants are with very nice and cheap local food. We had a car rented and they have a free parking available. Very good place close to the Sun Moon Lake :)"

"Comfortable room, excellent breakfast on rooftop garden patio overlooking Sun Moon lake. Short walk to pier and night market restaurants and vendors."

"We were there during the off season and I think there was only one other couple besides ourselves but, it was difficult to check in and out as there was no one manning the front desk. We had to try to communicate with the help staff who was Indonesian and really didn't know the check in and out operations."
