"The property was very welcoming. Me and my colleague are doctors and had come to perform surgeries, the staff and Especially Mr Raj Petwal the G M went out of his way to keep us comfortable. We requested an early check in and late check out which was promptly done. The suite was very clean and in top class maintenance. The restaurant offered good hygienic and delicious meals. The staff always greeted with a smile making us feel at home. I would recommend the property and would definitely be booking at a regular basis for my further hospital commitments. Thanks a ton"

"The ladies at the front desk are fantastic, thank you for helping us with taxis and information and check in was easy. The apartment was amazing- clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I had in my two weeks in Tanzania- loved it. Highly recommend Aura Suites, would certainly stay here again."

"The hotel is adjacent to the Aura (Vijana) mall, where you may find most of the essential things, such as a supermarket etc. The room has good furniture, well organized and spacious. Breakfast was superb (one of the best breakfasts in the 4-star hotel I stayed), the staff were charming"

"The room needs more cleaning, particularly the carpet, which contains some old dirty stains that are disgusting (and I know that type of stain can be removed, but it requires proper supervision). Other items that were supposed to be in the room were not there I had to call housekeeping for that"

"A beautiful apartment! It was large (we travelled as two couples), extremely well-appointed, great views and close to a couple of restaurants One other incredible asset was the wonderful staff. The property manager, Dan, was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful! A real gem. He arranged for a daily breakfast chef to prepare the most superb breakfasts - which were more like brunches and set us up for the day! We also had a daily housekeeper who was excellent We cannot commend the property enough"

"The staff were above and helpful to me and my husband. A dear special thanks to Moses, Mohamed, Steve, Uthman and Amina for accommodating us and making our stay very comfortable. The location is perfect, extremely close walk to the beach. At times there were hardly any people on the beach and it was so romantic. For a couple of weeks stay you can do a few things around the island. The food is amazing and fresh! Most of all, everyone was very welcoming and nice which made it more pleasant. "Wow, what can i say after spending 5 weeks in Tanzania and zanzibar. I never once felt like I was completely welcome. Here was 💯 different on arriving I had the nicest welcome from the owner. The staff were amazing and the place was like a little oasis. Pool although small was great to cool off. Aircon and great WiFi. The staff will prepare fresh aloe for you for sunburns. They will order food to be delivered and recommend tuk tuls and restaurants. This was the only place I felt completely safe and completely free to relax outside without hassle.
