"Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Hilfe einer anwesenden Person war problemlos, was wahrscheinlich an meinen nicht so guten Englischkenntnissen liegt. Das Bett war super, weder zu hart noch zu weich. Das Sofa war in einem Top-Zustand. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Selbst als das WLAN nicht funktionierte, wurde es sofort überprüft. Der Zugang über Treppe und Aufzug war ebenfalls hervorragend.
