"The room is nice,clean and big but if possible i suggest that there will be a teapot on the room because its more convenient when you want to drink coffee or tea inside.Just when you need hot water to drink its easier to grab near."

"I like that the hotel's location is just near the airport, metro station and grocery store. I like the aesthetic of the room, the bed is comfy and they use an ergonomic pillow. The staff speaks good English. Nur is so kind and helpful with my luggage. Great customer service! It's also affordable too."

"I had a wonderful stay at hotel Arzum.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained.Mr.Noor the manager and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The service was excellent, and every small detail was taken care of to make the stay comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality."

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a good way to get to know the Uzbek culture, far away from the touristy areas. It's run by a family. Nigina and her girls cooked amazing fresh food every day. Best food we had in whole Uzbekistan especially the Plov, even the guides who stayed there it's one of the best they ever had. Raxmat is an amazing host he helped us with thing from the beginning till the end, with transportation or also with hike tours. The place is good for every type of travellers, there were also some families, solo female travelers etc. For us, we stayed 3 nights, it was nice to disconnect (they have wifi) but we never used it. There is plenty of things to do like hiking etc. We will miss this wonderful place. Thank you again Raxmat and Nigina!"

"Location is good, about a 20 minute walk to Registan Square, a 5 to 10 minute walk to bars, cafes, supermarket, parks and is in a quiet area. The host is informative & kind. WiFi is good, I had no problems with this."
"L’hôte a été d’une extrême gentillesse, nous avons pris le thé ensemble et discuté longtemps. Il m’a conseillé certains sites touristiques à visiter, conseils qui m’ont été très précieux. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas du régistan square. J’avais une chambre avec 3 lits doubles pour moi toute seule, avec assurément les meilleurs matelas de tout l’Ouzbékistan :). Je recommande vivement cet établissement !"
