"Tesis temizlik konum çalışanlar olarak çok güzeldi. Özbekistanda 4 ayrı şehir gezdik ve hepside gecelik olarak aynı fiyatlardaydı ama net olarak en memnun kaldığımız yer burası oldu. Resepsiyonda Alişer çok ilgili ve çok nazik biri burada kalmanızı rahatlıkla tavsiye edebilirim."

"Oda tertemiz. Çarşaflar bembeyazdi. Banyo cok temizdi. Otel çarşının ortasında, medreselerin 1 arka sokağında kalıyor. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlara ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Ben otelden ayrılıncaya kadar hep yardımcı oldular. Güleryüzlü ve naziktiler. Kahvaltı için 5 seçeneğiniz var. Onun haricinde meyve ve tart da alabiliyorsunuz. O kadar memnun kaldim ki anlatamam. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum."

Alex in particular was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, helping to book Yandex if needed, going out of his way to accommodate requests and overall being amazing in sharing about Bukhara and Uzbekistan in general. Highly recommended and I look forward to visiting again!"

"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Bathroom is well stocked and strong shower. Large room. Boutique feel to it for sure. Staff- some excellent staff including Alex and John at reception who were helpful and friendly. Location is excellent near all the old town sites. Accommodating by letting us leave our luggage to go to Khiva for a trip. Arranged a complimentary transfer to the train station."
"Breakfast- cooked breakfast, not much choice but tasty nonetheless. Stayed in room 206. The door lock was not working properly and could not lock it overnight which is a safety issue although you are in the courtyard section of the hotel. As we got there late we did not mention it to them and felt safe in the hotel."
"Great small hotel in a quiet street and just around the corner from local attractions. The staff was excellent; particularly Alisher—he will do everything to make your stay exceptional. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Taxis are able to drive you up to and pick you up at the hotel’s front door. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"At breakfast, there was not enough for those who came later. Sadly, I did not get a somsa as it ran out! Overall, I had a good experience. There were no kettle in our room to make a cup of tea."
