"We arrived at the hotel in Tashkent at 6am after taking an overnight train from Khiva. The staff very kindly allowed us to check-in early and access our room immediately. What a relief after a long train journey! They were very helpful and welcoming. The room was confortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. A wonderful stay overall and such accommodating hosts. Thank you very much!"

"Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. We arrived at 1am and check-in was easy as reception is open 24/7. Delighted to find a kettle and tea in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was easy enough to find and within walking distance to food, shops and sites."

"A new hotel so facilities are really clean. A short walk from the railway station so a super convenient location for arriving and departing Tashkent. Hotel staff were super friendly and spoke English well too. Wifi and Ac worked perfectly."

"The people at the hotel are very nice and pleasant. There was no problem with anything. Both receptionists are absolutely wonderful and always helped when I needed it. The entire stay was great. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel is new, clean and in a very quiet location. The room was very nice and you could find absolutely everything you needed there. I was in this hotel for almost a month, where I needed to feel completely comfortable and this hotel provided that for me. The receptionist speaks very good English and Russian, absolutely willing and humane. I am very satisfied with my choice. I can't complain about anything."
