The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

Pool not heated, so a bit bracing when we took a dip. It was mid-November though.

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."

The beds can be more comfortable, but they were ok for 1 night. There are no ACs in the rooms, but the weather in that area is already chilled, and they provided 4 different electric fans for all the rooms.

Not having a pool

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"I have first time in Gabala, liked the people and nature. Everything is good (villa, bathroom, amenities, etc) We had not any problems during the stay. The host is the more responsible man I want to say thank you from here 🙏"

"We received prompt responses from the manager whenever we had a request. The facilities and bedding were very good, and the area was peaceful with a helpful security guard."

Evde yedi kişi kaldık, özellikle bir araya geldiğimiz anlar dışında kimse birbirini duymadı bile. Merdiven inip çıkmakla sorunu olmayan bir grup için harika bir konaklama seçeneği olacaktır. Yeri zaten muhteşem. Eski şehir ile Yahudi mahallesi arasında harika bir konumda yer alıyor. Her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca mekanın dekorasyonu, tarihi dokusu da çok güzel! Bu arada bizim için eve girmeden önce bir bilinmezdi, gitmeden önce kahve alıp almamakta tereddüt etmiştik, bizden sonrakiler için yol gösterici olması için özellikle belirteyim: evde çekirdek kahve ve kahve makinesi var, marketten almanıza gerek yok 😁"

You can watch the sunset over the river and enjoy the laid-back vibe. The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

Only downside is 2km distance into town. 30 min walk or uber for 30Q

Nous n’avions pas assez de jours de vacances sur place pour en profiter encore plus.

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.
