"Beautiful Villa right on the beach. Our family loved it, especially the great snorkeling right out front and the swimming pool. Great kitchen facilities to cook your own meals and eat right on the sand. Walking distance to a restaurant or short taxi ride to other restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Great location with private and quiet beach and coral reef at your door. Extremely comfortable bed and quality linen and furnishings. Tanna coffee, jam and butter was a nice treat on arrival."

"It did get a little warm on some still nights without A/C, but not a reason not to stay. Fans work reasonably well. Bathroom quite worn. A bit tricky to light gas cooktop which probably needs a bit of maintenance as does a few other small things. Including a deep clean ie fans."

"It was right on the beach, it was quiet, relaxing and had the best view. The snorkeling straight in front of the villa was great. Staff were so friendly."

"The rooms are simply stunning with amazing views of the ocean and great snorkelling directly out front at high tide. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need."

"The second bedroom was further away from the main bedroom/living area than I thought it would be making it a bit tricky with younger kids. The roads from the villas to town/airport are in poor condition so you need to drive quite slowly."

"Wonderful beach location with very easy access to snorkelling right out the front of the property. Comfortable and clean bed. The outside shower was nice but could do with a soap dish. The bread, butter jam and fruit on arrival was a thoughtful touch. Nice to have a washing machine."

"The dishwasher is not very effective. You really need a hire car as its a bit remote to shops and restaurants. There are local hotel restaurants but we did not enjoy these. Three Pigs nearby is recommended."

"The property was perfectly located on the water front. We enjoyed snorkelling out the front of our villa. When we arrived there was everything we needed, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay at Kooyu Villas and we are eager to come back."

"Loved the location of the villas - in distance from the airport, the town and the ocean. We loved the layout of the villa - the kitchen, the living room and the outdoor shower. Also loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Brad, Sarah and Happi were so lovely and accommodating."
