"Trying to find a park. Long walk up, and there are no aircons or fans upon arrival entrance and going upstairs to the foyer. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Not all that. The only thing I enjoyed was the tiny Johnny's small bottles."

"How newly renovated it is, how clean it is. Convenient the location is to the city, compared to Sheraton apia we stayed for a fraction of the price. I can say was 10/10 ! Lonely staff and service."

"Each staff member we crossed paths with were amazing! Very courteous, friendly and accommodating. Our family appreciate every single one of you! The rooms were also perfect for our family. Clean, spacious and full of all the essentials and amenities we needed."
"The only reason I gave it a rating of 9 instead of 10 was because there was a funny sewage smell in the bathroom coming from the drains. The bathroom was still very clean but the smell was the only thing that put a damper on the stay. We just kept the door closed when not in use and didn’t notice it otherwise."
