"Otel merkezi konumda. Otelin sahibi ve çalışanları Türkçe’yi çok rahat konuşuyor. Bookingin hatası neden sıkıntı yaşayacağımı sandım ama hatayı telafi ettiler. Ben çok memnun kaldım."

"Konumu harikaydı, odamız nehir manzaralıydı. İlk defa bu kadar geniş bir odada konakladım diyebilirim. Personel güler yüzlü ve son derece yardımseverdi. Herkes Türkçe biliyor rahat olun :) Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli olmasa da doyurucuydu (korkmayın aç kalmazsınız) Yeniden gidecek olursam kesinlikle aynı otelde konaklarım :)"

"Our balcony door handle was taken out, but it was not locked so it was possible to open the door from inside and from outside. When we asked about it they said because it is the next door room’s balcony and we should not use the balcony there. Its kind of ridicilous, they should have lock the door permanently then. But no big problem. Although the location is great, it was very loud outside even at night, when the windows are open. It can be a bit problem if you have a baby for example. The breakfast can be improved, we asked for a hardboiled egg for my 3 year old son, and they just said “no we cant do that”"

"We loved our short stay in Kosovo. Could have easily stayed longer, and this room was perfect. We had a view over the river, and could easily walk to the historic old town and up to the castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too!"
