Knysna Lagünü ve Knysna Lagünü bakışlı tarihi Knysna'da bir yamaçta yer alan bu orman evinde mobilyalı bir teras ve Braai olanakları içeren bir bahçe bulunmaktadır. Lagoon Lodge'un mola birimlerinde ana balkon ve bahçe alanında ortak oturma alanı vardır. Her odada uydu TV, mini buzdolabı ve özel banyo bulunmaktadır. Arabayla 5 dakikalık mesafedeki Knysna Marina'da çeşitli yemek alanı ve barlar hizmet vermektedir. Konuklar bahçedeki Braai/barbekü olanaklarından yararlanabilirler. Lagoon Lodge'un iç mekanında ahşap mobilyalar, tablolar, bitkiler ve vintage tarzı salonlarla dekore edilmiş bir oturma alanı vardır. Plettenberg Körfezi ve Robberg Doğa Rezervi arabayla 40 dakikalık mesafededir. Knysna Tren İstasyonu'na yürüyerek 20 dakikada ulaşılabilir.

"The hotel is located in a peaceful area with a beautiful view of the estuary and is not close to the Waterfront, though if you have a car this won’t be a problem. Uber is also easy to find there. Breakfast is delicious, and I highly recommend the "world-famous inn omelets." Mr. Appel is not only very attentive but also extremely charismatic. We highly recommend it."
