"They upgraded us to a better room in the Dar Alma hotel with a sea view. It was gorgeous, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best places to stay in Tyre."

The flush in the bathroom didn't work, and they never came to fix it during our stay. Before arriving, they were very insistent in calling and asking for our arrival time, so I would reduce the communication with the staff if possible.

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

"Otelin genel atmosferi oldukça huzurlu, sakin ve dinlendiriciydi. Odalar geniş, ferah ve estetik açıdan oldukça güzeldi. Ortak kullanım alanları (banyo ve mutfak) temiz ve düzenliydi. En önemlisi, otel yetkilisi son derece misafirperver, samimi ve yardımseverdi; her konuda destek olmaya çalışması konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getirdi."

Konaklama sırasında yatak konforunun kişisel beklentime göre biraz daha iyi olabileceğini düşündüm. Bu durumu ilettiğimde, yeni yatak alındığı ancak henüz ulaşmadığı ve geldiğinde değişimin yapılacağı belirtildi. Bu yaklaşım, soruna çözüm odaklı yaklaşıldığını gösterdiği için olumluydu. Genel olarak bu durum, konaklamayı ciddi anlamda olumsuz etkilemekten ziyade, zamanla giderilebilecek küçük bir detay olarak değerlendirilebilir.

"Quiet location on Varkala's South Cliff with only 5 minute walk to the beach. We booked a room with outdoor patio and really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. The room was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Also loved the outdoor shower! The highlight is definitely the swimming pool, which can be enjoyed at all times of the day thanks to the shade from the trees. The landscaping has been so well thought out. It truly felt like a little bit of luxury staying here and we loved it!"

Much thought and consideration has gone into making sure every need is met, so that it really feels like a home from home. Also helpful advice about where to go and how to get there with bus/ferry tickets available to purchase from the host rather than having the hassle of buying these from the bus station. We were so fortunate to have booked this place - it was outstanding in every way!"

"Accomodation with history. The room was very nice and cozy. The owner was very nice, she cooked breakfast and dinner for us and it was possible to buy water there. When I was sick she made me tea and snack which I could take to the room. We had no car and they took us to Mavrovo. We really appreciate this! The location is also very good - near to Medenica and near to horse farm."
