"The owners were very kind and understanding. After we mentioned the problems, they covered one night of hot tub use and also the cost of the axe, which we really appreciated. The owners even prepared a sweet surprise for us at a pastry shop. The cabin was nice overall (though one attic room had no door). Thanks to the owners’ attitude, the stay ended on a positive note."

"Initially, we had some issues with the hot tub – it was charged extra per use, and the service was not as expected (the water was only partially changed and the fire was not prepared). Also, the axe broke on the first evening and we had to replace it ourselves."
