"The resort was fantastic. The food in the Caribe buffet was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The entertainment shows we’re very good."

Olumsuz Yön:

"Our only disappointment was our room. Our standard room in the Caribe was very tired looking and really needed a total renovation. The chambermaids did a good job in keeping it clean but re-decoration in the bedroom and a new bathroom were needed."

"I liked the location of the hotel, I feel like it is built around the inclusive idea as to not leave the hotel. Facilities were great, Booking got us an upgrade which I didn't expected and was quite a surprise, we got the premium room, treatment and we'd appreciated very much with my wife."

Olumsuz Yön:

"Hotel has no complimentary shuttle service (which by the distance, should have free of charge!). Food could be better, Mexican food served at the buffets is amazing, the rest of the food is just average."

"Staff at the Beach's buffet were excellent, and so were the staff at the Kids Club (which they call Barcy Club). Food at the buffets and snack bars were both great, with lots of options, including dedicated vegetarian areas. Even without paying for extras, there are many places to explore across the 4 middle resorts! My kids and I were also very intrigued by the wildlife, which is well-documented, and there are tons of birds and iguanas that share the space with all of these random humans. Lastly, there are 3-4 cenotes just across the main highway from the resort, with Cenote Azul being a very cost-effective option. These can easily be walked to by adults & teens, or it's a short taxi ride with little ones."

"We had booked for the Maya Tropical, but found out quite early that we wouldn't be guaranteed to stay there, so this was not necessarily a surprise. That said, it wasn't communicated beforehand which resort we would be staying at. We booked a private shuttle through the resort, and the representative at CUN told our shuttle driver we were going to the Beach. So if you want to know EXACTLY which of the 4 hotels you'll be at, it is worth reaching out, but they may not know until 1-2 days before your stay."

"Amazing room and beach. Food was really good and lots of restaurant choices. Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Quetzabel and the team at the Palapa restaurant. We also loved the wildlife around the room."
