"Hospitality and Customer Care. Especially the bed and consistent electricty in a city that struggles with that!"

"Staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The restaurant next door is delicious, too. Manager is also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend staying in this accommodation. Sometimes there are losses of electricity, but the hotel got generators which work very well. Perfect as a base for visiting Freetown. Warm showers, too"

"Very spacious apartments, good view to the sea, well furnished including living room and kitchen. Good location, there is an Indian and Chinese groceries stores nearby, the ferry to the airport and money exchange is walkable distance. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. They answered all of our questions, recommended places to go, helped to negotiate prices with taxi drivers, organized taxis, exchanged money. There also a decent restaurant nearby called El Greco"

"Breakfast was a buffet of mostly chinese dishes and the assortment rotates every morning. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, i got along very well with everyone, but remember to be patient sometimes! Rooms were clean, there was a laundry service, AC worked very well and thanks to the location of the hotel there was no noise from outside. Plenty of local transport bikes called "keke" pass by the hotel so you can catch one outside the gates if you want to go somewhere and don't have a car. Price for the room was the lowest out of all options available in this neighbourhood by a heavy margin, and given the fact that the facilities are new (i think the hotel is around 7 months old at the time fo this review) i see no reason to choose any other option."

"The manager lady sits at the reception majority of the time but doesn't seem to speak english and is a bit oblivious to the guests. Other reception staff is by her side though so it's a small concern."
