"Lovely rustic hut. It’s perfect if you prefer something out of the way. Very peaceful and beautiful views. Due to the snow there was no car access, that was ok with us, but something to consider, short walk to the hut was pretty steep. Very wintery conditions and lots of snow was particularly charming."

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

"We were on Mahe for the first time and wanted a separate house in the middle of the island to make it convenient to see as many locations as possible, the tropical garden was perfect. The house itself is not big and very cozy, there is parking for a small car, Wi-Fi works perfectly, beautiful terrace, breakfast and dinner with birdsong and the sound of water)) a lot of greenery. Very nice and good-natured hostess, she solved any issues that arose very quickly. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation❤️."

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

The ladder to the rooms and toilet downstairs is dangerous. Be very careful please.

"Boendet ligger i Regent som ligger lite högre upp i bergen jämfört med Freetown. Det gör att det är lite svalare och inte så tryckande värme som nere i stan. Det är visserligen en bit att köra om man ska in i centrum, men samtidigt är det inte så mycket bilköer som inne i stan. Värdarna tog hand om oss på ett bra sätt och huset vi hyrde hade rätt bra standard. Hög standard för att vara i Sierra Leone."

Jag har inte något som jag inte tyckte om. Möjligen att du måste ha tillgång till egen transport om du enkelt ska ta dig till och från boendet.

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. "The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"The villa is spacious and well ventilated. The swimming pool is clean and almost entirely ours. The staff Grace and Amani are very good and welcoming. The owner Monica is also good and always checking whether we were comfortable."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.
