"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. the rooms were awesome and the staff, including the fast responding and very knowledgeable Dana, were all great! also the breakfast was very nice and tasty, typical israeli kind..."

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

Nothing except for high price, but is worth it.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"The location is perfect; you just cross the street and you're on a great beach. The room is comfortable. They were incredibly kind and left a lovely little gift in my room for my birthday. The staff is very friendly, and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast and on the beach, everyone is very nice, especially Alice, Kin, and the "angel at the bar.""

The room's decor: the furniture is very large and heavy and takes up a lot of space.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

If butter is served cold and honey is included, then it will become better.

"The resort is beautiful! Location is stunning - in it's own area so it's super peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. There's an ATM, restaurant, and general store a short 6-8min walk away. The gardens on the grounds are very well kept and really beautiful. The room was lovely, spacious, and as per the photos online. The amenities are great and wifi is good. The staff were amazing! Such beautiful, lovely, kind people and very accommodating. The food at the resort was fantastic! Very serene and peaceful place with beautiful staff and comfortable common areas (pool, bar, restaurant etc.). We didn't have time to explore the area but I know there's beautiful sights/to-do's nearby so next time we will be coming back! 100% recommend!"

The water pressure of the shower is very low, and you have to pay if you want to use a pool towel. Location is great but if you can't/prefer not to walk to the little shops just remember to bring some cash.
