"The location was great—close to the main square and just a 10-minute walk to the bus terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and even stored our luggage for free for three days. Breakfast was standard for Ecuador, and the place, while old-fashioned, was clean."

"During our stay it felt a bit like an abandoned hotel, with only one staff member handling both breakfast and check-ins, though things seemed much livelier and fully staffed when we returned for our luggage."

"Friendly helpful staff, able to store bags after check out until later that day. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, breakfast was good- eggs with bread, fruit and coffee. Close to town but on a quiet street."

"Trato Atención Y habitación me gustaron mucho Era cómodo y sin problema Yo me hospede en la habitación con hidromasaje la recomiendo Hay como 3 tiendas al frente y a lado del hotel Así que tienes disponible lo que necesites"

"La verdad nada Quizá lo único malo es que el hidromasaje después de cierto tiempo fallo Pero un problema x para lo demás Si lo van a usar revisar y seguir las instrucciones"

"The staff were amazing, attentive and helpful. The family made sure that the fire was always going to keep us warm, gave us milk for teas and coffees daily and made sure all our other needs were met. The cooking was £8 per person and did not disappoint, it was very delicious and filling."

"The only thing we could potentially recommend would be an option as to what we could have for dinner as we were given what they were cooking my that night - which was still very tasty."
