"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

House keeping could be better. In 6 days stay we got only one cleaning, so we lived with full bins of trash, ashtrays etc all the time. The bbq zone was pretty much occupied with the events, wich ruined our plans to grill the time we wanted.

"The host was adorable, very helpful and warm. The bed was comfortable, the area was very cute and peaceful. The dining room was cosy and well decorated. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh croissants!"

The shared bathroom could use a renovation (very basic shower with a shower head up on the wall) and the windows in the room were old and should be changed for better isolation. Also, you absolutely need a car as it's a bit far from the bus stop.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

"Konumu şehir merkezinin dışında olmasına rağmen merkezi bir caddede ve öüninde otobüs geçmesi çok iyi . Hemen yanında pizzacı , bar rest , büfe , yemek merkezleri var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü sıcak samimi."

Oda eşyaları biraz eski yer de halı olması hijyenik görünmüyor.

"Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otelin ambiansi otantikti. Odalar ve ortak alanlar oldukça temizdi. Konumu ise çok merkezi. Beklentimizi tamamen karşıladı. Tekrar gelsek yeniden bu otelde kalırız."

Konumu çok merkezi ancak limana yakın olduğu için sabah biraz gürültülü olabiliyor. Bizim için çok sorun olmadı.

"Otel, Sliema'da çok merkezi bir yerde yer almakta. Otelde kahvaltı ve 24 saat boyunca satın alabileceğiniz soğuk içecekler ve ücretsiz içme suyu ile sıcak içeceklerin olması, odada kadeh, priz dönüştürücü ve hatta JBL dahi bulunması diğer yerlerde bulamayacağınız hizmetler. Ancak buranın en üstün yanı otel sahipleri o kadar güzel insanlar ki, parmağımdaki günaşırı pansuman yapılması gereken yaraya her gün güler yüzle ve sabırla pansuman dahi yaptılar. Siz söylemeden ihtiyacınızı fark edip hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Evet, odalar küçük ve kaldığım odada banyo dışarıda koridorda idi ancak zaten bunu bilerek gittim ve olumsuz bir durum yaşamadım."

Su ısınmadı, konum üsküp meydanına biraz uzaktı (3 km yaklaşık) taksi kullandık. Klima arada bir kendini durduruyordu, çok nasıl olur bilemem

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

"I had a comfortable night here. The accommodation had a nice open-air eating area with a bar. The staff were kind and helpful. It is very conveniently located for the lakeside and ferry terminal."
