"Beautiful setting on the outskirts of the city, high on a hill. A place where there is tent camping, spaces for camper vans, and there are rooms available. We had a beautiful room with private bathroom, and shared access to a sitting room, kitchen facilities and terrace. It is self-catering, but the hosts will order bread to be delivered in the morning for you, or they’ll order a pizza delivery in the evening. There is an outdoor cafe/bar. The place is bustling, interesting and entertaining. Lamego is a beautiful city with many interesting buildings."

Weddings on weekends. If you prefer peace and quiet, make sure you don’t book over the weekend.

"The guesthouse is situated at a peaceful street. Friendly staff. We were given a nice room facing to the quiet backyard so we were able to keep the window open all night, allowing us good sleep. All we needed were in the room: shower, good beds, fan to keep the room cooler. The breakfast was good. The beautiful Rakvere castle is within a brisk walk, also some good restaurants and a supermarket are few steps away."

it was not really easy to find because there were no signs or something like this, but all the business next to her were nice and immediately recognized that we were searching the hotel and they helped us.

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

"Otel, Sliema'da çok merkezi bir yerde yer almakta. Otelde kahvaltı ve 24 saat boyunca satın alabileceğiniz soğuk içecekler ve ücretsiz içme suyu ile sıcak içeceklerin olması, odada kadeh, priz dönüştürücü ve hatta JBL dahi bulunması diğer yerlerde bulamayacağınız hizmetler. Ancak buranın en üstün yanı otel sahipleri o kadar güzel insanlar ki, parmağımdaki günaşırı pansuman yapılması gereken yaraya her gün güler yüzle ve sabırla pansuman dahi yaptılar. Siz söylemeden ihtiyacınızı fark edip hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Evet, odalar küçük ve kaldığım odada banyo dışarıda koridorda idi ancak zaten bunu bilerek gittim ve olumsuz bir durum yaşamadım."

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.
