Personel çok yardımseverdi ve Türkçe, İngilizce, Rusça, Kazakça biliyordu. Fiyat olarak da oldukça makuldü. The location of the hotel was very good and it was within walking distance to everywhere. There were all kinds of facilities near the hotel. The rooms were very large and clean. Cleaning was done every day. The staff was very helpful and spoke Turkish, English, Russian, Kazakh. The price was also quite reasonable."
