"Even though the apartment is not beachfront, it has a gorgeous view to the lagoon and the location is very convenient, since the connected mall has a great grocery store and it is pretty easy to get to the beach with Uber. The AC worked great and having a washer/dryer available was also very convenient. We had no hot water when we arrived, but they promptly replaced the whole boiler while we were out the next day, which really surprised and satisfied us."

"The room facing the building can be noisy at night because of a nearby nightclub; some furniture in the apartment and gym equipment were damaged but still usable; and a few times housekeeping forgot toilet paper, though we could always request it at reception."

"Missed the small disclaimer about 100USD cash security deposit. We were lucky to have this but witnessed another person checking in who had a lot of trouble because they weren't aware either. Requiring a cash deposit but not having an ATM on site is difficult."

"Lack of cleanliness was the major unpleasant thing, Tv remote controllers not working, lift was getting stuck many times and the whole tower building is left with 1 lift - we had to use the stairs many times to 15th floor, in the gym only 1 thread mill was functioning- everything else was broken - everything is out of order, Lack of cleanliness- dirty kitchen, many black hair all over the floor and in the bathrooms upon arrival.."

"The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is also quite central. It is attached to Plaza Las Americas, which is a very nice mall for F&B, shopping, etc."

"nice pool ,good views, staff were very friendly. Alfonso on the front desk helped us with 2 trips which were well worth booking through the hotel. A trip to chichen itza and another trip to xcera both brilliant. Thank you for your help. Would reccomend and stay again. The guy in the entrance lobby downstairs was very friendly and helpful as well and very welcoming."
