"the staff allowed us to check in early as soon as our room was ready, which we really appreciated. they were also very friendly and approachable whenever we needed help. one staff even knocked on our door to wake us up, worried that we might miss our tour bus, we truly appreciated his thoughtfulness. the hotel's location is great as well, it's within walking distance to the main plaza and other popular tour spots in the city. the room was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay"

Rooms are clean and comfortable, though some feel the decor is a bit dated. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, is ideal for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. The peaceful courtyard is perfect for relaxing and petting a wonderful cat. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Villa Sillar provides a pleasant and memorable stay with a touch of Arequipa's colonial charm."
